Refund policy

Every Renidas item is made to order just for you. Because of that, we don't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or color, or for a change of mind, except where required by law. Please check the sizing details on the product page before you order.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Wrong Item?

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right:

1. Email hello@renidas.com within 14 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the problem.
3. Once we've verified the issue, we'll send a free replacement or issue a refund.
